here is another character design for a teenage girl. Not really sure if i nailed the look of a teenage girl but that'll be for you to decide. I didn't get a chance to color it since I was really busy but it will be colored soon.
The idea I had was that she was a b-girl and this was done completely in photoshop cs3 with a intuos4 tablet.

Clean lines, solid anatomy, and a smooth look! I also like the weight distribution, especially in the freeze gesture and the gesture on the far right - the girl's center of gravity is spot on. Great work dude, yah you nailed it!
